What GFoundry does, who it is for and how people access it.

Which HR processes can we manage with GFoundry?

GFoundry connects talent management across the employee journey: attraction and recruitment activities, pre-onboarding and onboarding, learning, objectives, performance reviews, careers, mentoring, recognition, feedback and engagement. Choose the processes and modules that fit your programme and plan.

What makes GFoundry different from other talent platforms?

Connected modules, guided Missions, built-in gamification and specialist AI agents bring programme management and the employee experience together. A Mission can connect learning with practical tasks, feedback and recognition, while making the next step and progress visible. Compare platforms against the processes, audiences and integrations you actually need.

What size of organisation is GFoundry designed for?

GFoundry supports organisations with different teams, locations and business units. Base offers a self-service starting point and is free for up to five users. The published Plus and Premium enterprise tiers start at 250 licensed users. For 6 to 249 people, speak with our team about the appropriate licensing option.

View plans and licensing

Can people use GFoundry without a desk or company computer?

Yes. GFoundry is available on web, iOS and Android. People can access the content and activities assigned to them from a suitable device. Agree access arrangements and programme expectations for frontline, remote and shift-based teams.

Explore the platform

Does GFoundry support multiple languages, companies and brands?

Yes. The experience is multilingual, and Multi-Company is included in Plus and Premium. Companies, brands or business units can have their own audiences and content. Confirm interface languages, translated content and branding requirements when configuring the project.

Can we create programmes for partners, customers or other external audiences?

Yes. GFoundry can support learning and engagement programmes beyond employees, including partners, customer communities and intermediaries. Define the audience, content owners, access rules and project scope before launch.

Frequently asked questions

Plans & licensing

Choose a plan around the programme you want to launch.

Which plan should we choose?

Base lets you explore the essentials through self-service. Plus supports learning, engagement and everyday AI at scale. Premium adds performance and careers, Talent Strategist, People Intelligence, Talent Insights and MCP access. Compare the current feature table with your priorities and confirm the scope with our team.

Compare the plans

Is there a free self-service plan?

Yes. Base is free for up to five users and lets you begin through self-service. Create an account to explore the available features. Check the pricing page or contact our team if you need more users or enterprise capabilities.

Create an account

Is there a minimum number of licensed users?

Plus and Premium enterprise pricing starts at 250 licensed users and increases in blocks of 250. The published price per user decreases with volume. Base is free for up to five users; for an organisation with 6 to 249 people, ask our team about licensing.

View licensing tiers

Are Plus and Premium billed monthly or annually?

The displayed prices are per licensed user, per month, billed annually. Plus and Premium licensing follows a 12-month cycle. The proposal confirms the investment, setup fee, payment conditions and applicable taxes.

Check pricing and conditions

Can we buy one module or start with only a few modules?

Modules are included within subscription plans rather than sold individually. You can start by activating the modules relevant to a first programme, then expand within the capabilities of your plan or agree a plan change.

Explore the modules

Are implementation services included in the subscription price?

Enterprise plans provide implementation and support capabilities, but a one-time setup fee applies. Your proposal specifies the partner services, initial training, deliverables and consulting or integration hours. Additional work beyond that scope is quoted separately.

View plans and implementation

Can we move from Plus to Premium?

Yes. Speak with our team to agree the licensing and configuration change. Premium adds the capabilities in the comparison table and replaces the Plus monthly AI allowance with 80,000 shared credits.

Frequently asked questions

Implementation & adoption

Scope the first programme, prepare the experience and follow adoption.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the programme scope, content readiness, configuration and integrations. A focused first launch can be prepared in a few weeks; a broader rollout can proceed in stages. Agree the launch plan and responsibilities with your GFoundry partner rather than assuming one timeline fits every project.

Explore implementation services

How do GFoundry partners support the project?

Partners can support strategy, experience design, content, configuration, implementation and follow-up. Agree the services and deliverables in the proposal. Base offers a self-service starting point.

Meet the partner network

Can we adapt the experience to our brand?

Yes. Configure the platform identity and prepare content and Missions that reflect your organisation. Confirm the web and mobile branding requirements, audiences and configuration options as part of the project.

Explore the platform

Can we support new processes without introducing new software?

Yes. A change can involve new procedures, responsibilities or ways of working. Use Missions to explain the process, guide practice and collect feedback, even when your existing tools stay the same. Start with a pilot team and adjust before expanding.

Explore process adoption

How can we track adoption of a programme or process?

Track participation and activity completion, then combine that information with feedback and criteria that show how people apply the process in their work. Completion alone does not demonstrate adoption. Data from other systems depends on the integrations and agreed scope.

Frequently asked questions

Onboarding, learning & Missions

Connect content, practice and the next step in a clear journey.

Does GFoundry support pre-onboarding?

Yes. Prepare a journey before the first day and continue it through the first weeks or months. Bring together welcome content, learning and tasks, with the audience and access configured for each stage.

Explore onboarding

What is a Mission in GFoundry?

A Mission is a visual, guided journey that brings content and activities from different modules together. It can include stages, objectives, learning, tasks, quizzes and forms according to your configuration. Participants see what comes next and managers can follow progress.

Explore Missions

Can different roles follow different journeys?

Yes. Prepare Missions with content and tasks relevant to each audience. Define participant groups and active modules when configuring the programme, so a new manager, a frontline colleague and a specialist do not all have to follow the same journey.

Explore guided journeys

Is GFoundry a complete LMS or only a microlearning tool?

Yes. GFoundry is a complete LMS, supporting formal training, microlearning and blended learning. Organise content into Training Programs and Curricula, configure audiences, enrolment, deadlines and assessment, and connect learning with Missions and other talent processes.

Explore learning and training

What learning content formats can we use?

Use text, video, podcasts, quizzes, PDFs and e-books, and include external resources where supported by the configuration. Role-plays add conversation practice. Choose the format around the learning objective and audience, rather than using the same format for every activity.

Explore learning formats

Can we combine training with practical tasks?

Yes. A Mission can connect learning content with quizzes, tasks, forms and feedback, according to the modules you activate. Give people an opportunity to apply what they learned and collect evidence or feedback relevant to your programme.

Frequently asked questions

Performance, skills & recognition

Bring different perspectives into development conversations.

Which types of evaluation does GFoundry support?

Configure self-assessment, manager-led, 360-degree and goal-based evaluation, with the scales, weights and rules relevant to your cycle. Evaluation and career management are included in Premium. Confirm the evaluation model during configuration.

Explore evaluation and careers

Can objectives and OKRs connect to evaluation and development?

Yes. Objectives and OKRs can form part of the performance cycle, alongside feedback, evaluation and development plans. Configure how they are used and assessed, then use the resulting context to agree the next development actions.

Explore connected development

Where does the information about skills come from?

The shared skills engine brings together learning activity, peer recognition, skill ratings from the different configured evaluation processes and role-play evidence. These add perspectives to the skills a person already brings. Available information depends on the modules and programmes enabled; it is not limited to 360-degree evaluations.

Explore competency mapping

Does completing a course prove proficiency?

No. Course activity is one source of information. Practice, recognition and evaluation add different perspectives. Use the combined view to support a development conversation and assess what a person can apply, rather than treating each completed course as a proficiency assessment.

Explore skills evidence

How do recognition and gamification work together?

Recognise contributions with Star Badges and configure badges, rankings, virtual coins and rewards around the behaviours your programme values. The available mechanics depend on your plan and configuration. Keep recognition meaningful and make the rules clear to participants.

Explore the gamification engine

Can GFoundry support mentoring and automatic matching?

Yes. GFoundry can suggest mentor-mentee pairs, with HR reviewing and approving them. Talent Insights adds individual talent and development context to inform matching. Mentoring projects using Talent Insights require Premium; extra AI credits in Plus do not unlock this capability.

Frequently asked questions

AI & intelligence

Understand the agents, intelligence services and shared AI credits.

What do the specialist AI agents do?

Learning Designer helps prepare courses, Role-Play Coach supports conversation practice, Talent Strategist helps explore people and talent data, and Workplace Assistant helps find answers in company knowledge. They use the context and access available to each service. Your team reviews outputs and remains responsible for decisions.

Meet the AI agents

Can we create courses or onboarding content with AI?

Yes. Learning Designer helps turn a briefing or PDF into a structured course. Define the objectives, audience and formats, confirm the proposal, generate the content and review it before publishing. AI preparation does not remove the need for content ownership or review.

Explore Learning Designer

What are AI role-plays?

Role-Play Coach lets people practise a conversation by voice or text with an AI persona, for example a customer interaction or a feedback conversation. Feedback is based on the scenario criteria. Your team defines the learning goal and interprets the results in context.

Explore Role-Play Coach

Are People Intelligence and Talent Insights AI agents?

They are intelligence services in Premium. People Intelligence provides the organisation view; Talent Insights adds individual context to user profiles. Talent Strategist is the conversational analytics agent. Viewing the dashboards, profile cards and included automatic insight narratives does not deduct from the monthly AI credit pool; separate agent requests follow the usage rules for that service.

Explore intelligence services

Are AI credits per user or per organisation?

The credits are shared by the organisation. Plus includes 20,000 AI credits per month. Premium includes 80,000 in total, replacing the Plus allowance. Eligible users draw from the same pool when using the AI services available in the plan.

View AI allowances

What can we do with AI credits?

Examples include asking Gi a question, generating or translating text, preparing a course with Learning Designer, practising a conversation with Role-Play Coach and exploring data with Talent Strategist in Premium. Consumption varies by service, task size and voice-session duration. There is no fixed number of tasks for every credit pool.

Read the AI usage guides

Can we buy additional AI credits?

Yes. Additional credits extend usage of AI services already available in your plan. They do not unlock Premium capabilities in Plus. The proposal sets out the price and purchase conditions.

View AI plans and conditions

Do unused AI credits carry over?

Credit renewal and the conditions for unused or additional credits are specified in your proposal. Confirm those conditions before choosing a plan or purchasing extra credits.

Frequently asked questions

Integrations, access & data

Connect the platform and understand permissions and service scope.

Does GFoundry replace our LMS or core HR system?

Yes. GFoundry can replace your current LMS and bring learning, performance, objectives, feedback, recognition and engagement together in one platform. It complements your core HRIS/HCM, where administrative HR, payroll and benefits administration remain. We plan the migration and connections to the systems you will keep with your team.

Explore integration options

Can GFoundry connect to the systems we already use?

Yes. APIs, webhooks and configured automations can connect GFoundry with other systems and workflows. Available data, actions and connectors depend on the capabilities of each system and the agreed project scope. Confirm the connection rather than assuming every application has a ready-made integration.

Explore integrations

Does GFoundry support single sign-on?

Yes. Single sign-on can be configured, including SAML 2.0 with Microsoft Entra ID. Agree the identity provider, access rules and any alternative registration method during setup. The Help Center includes a configuration guide.

Read the setup guides

What does MCP enable, and which plan includes it?

MCP access is exclusive to Premium. Compatible AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, can query data and execute available actions in GFoundry within configured permissions. Connections to other systems depend on their own connectors and the agreed scope. External tools may have separate subscription or usage conditions.

Explore MCP and integrations

Who can see content and talent data?

Access depends on the configured permissions, audiences and service scope. Define the groups and roles that need each type of content or data, and review those permissions as the programme evolves. AI services operate within the access and context available to them.

Read the security framework

Where can we check data protection, hosting and AI processing conditions?

Review the data protection and security information for the platform and the GFoundry Intelligence privacy policy for AI services. Processing scope, providers, retention and responsibilities vary by service. External systems connected through MCP also have their own conditions. Confirm project-specific requirements with our team.

Frequently asked questions

Impact & practical help

Assess the programme and find the right place for further help.

What does the ROI calculator estimate?

It presents a gross annual benefit scenario based on your inputs and explicit assumptions, not net ROI or guaranteed savings. The total does not deduct the GFoundry investment and may include overlapping benefits. Validate freed capacity, expenditure actually avoided, adoption and implementation costs when building a business case.

Explore the calculator and method

Can we use our own business indicators in competitions?

Yes. Competitions can rank individuals or teams using the KPIs selected for the programme, with scores updated through supported imports or APIs. Agree the data source, rules, access and rewards before launch.

Explore KPI competitions

Can GFoundry support regulated or safety training?

GFoundry can organise learning programmes and track activity and assessment. Your organisation defines the required procedures, evidence and approvals. A completed course does not automatically authorise someone to operate equipment or access a site. For regulated projects, review the published validation scope and project requirements with your quality or compliance team.
